Have you ever heard about bookmark menu in MS Word Application? It is a very useful facility if we are often to work with large text in microsoft word. When we read chapters in MS word format and stop our reading in page 197 at paragraph 2 for example, it is important to remember the last part we read in order to make us get back to the last place we read. It is a hard thing wit remembering for me, and maybe for you, isn’t it? For this matter, bookmark is a very useful facility in MS word.
Creating the bookmark is not dificult. Follow this step:
- Put the cursor on the text you want to bookmark.
- Click insert > bookmark. A dialogue will appear asking you to enter the bookmark name. In the provided field, insert the bookmark name.
- Press tab and choose whether you want to show the bookmark in location order or name order.
- Press tab, check a selection to hide or show the bookmark.
- Press tab and press enter on add button.
Your bookmark is succesfully added.
Do the same step in any place you want to bookmark.
